Step 1 |
Prepare the
area where your table is going to be installed. Be sure it is
as flat and level as possible. Compacted soil or concrete slab is
best for supporting this table.Attach all 12 angle brackets to the
two legs, using 12 bolts and 12 washers. Start, but do not
completely tighten bolts until all slabs are placed in position. |
|
Step 2 |
Using a
2-wheeled dolly, move the 2 legs into position, 43" apart.
It is important to have the 2 legs parallel and square to each
other. The 2 brackets for attaching each of the seat slabs must be
pointing inwards, or towards each other.Safety note: Do not leave
legs sitting upright unattended, in case they tip over causing damage
or injury. |
|
Step 3 |
Place 1 table
top slab onto the 2 legs and start, but do not tighten, the bolts.
Place the other top slab into position and start, but do not tighten,
the bolts. |
|
Step 4 |
Place the seat
slabs onto the legs and start, but do not tighten the bolts.
Note: The inserts in the seats are offset so that a larger portion of
the seat overhangs on the outside of the table allowing more room for
access between the seat and table top. |
|
Step 5 |
Check to see
that the edges of the table slabs line up flush with a uniform gap
down the center of the table between the 2 slabs. (Note: A larger gap
is helpful so that garbage doesn't get stuck between the slabs.)
Adjust brackets as necessary to allow alignment of table top and seats. |
|
Step 6 |
Now tighten
ALL bolts Over tightening bolts can cause breaking and/or
cracking of concrete. |
